As a company that brings joy and pleasure to guests through hot springs, Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd. first opened Odaiba Ooedo Onsen Monogatari in Tokyo in 2003, and has since expanded our hot spring facilities and hot spring hotels throughout Japan. We have been able to continue our business thanks to the various supports from our guests who patronize our facilities, our business partners who walk with us, and our employees and neighbors who support our facilities nationwide. I would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of you.

Ooedo Onsen Monogatari is a spa resort chain that is so affordable, accessible, and available anytime and as often as you like that many people have enjoyed it. Since our business is to provide enjoyable activities such as hot springs, lodging, and recreation, we consider this to be one of our contributions to society. We would like to continue to be a company that is needed by the world by further refining our business. We will continue to operate our facilities in a cost-effective manner for our guests by further enhancing our operational expertise, i.e., our marketing capabilities to provide the necessary services on an as-needed basis.

In 2023, we are reaching out to a wider range of guests by responding to changes in their demands by renewing some of our hotels into a higher quality hot spring hotel chain, "Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Series," and creating a new hot spring resort hotel brand, "TAOYA." In addition, we will continue to offer hot spring hotels that make long-standing Ooedo fans feel cherished and new guests have fun at attractive prices.

Our business purpose is to provide bathing and lodging facilities for our guests to use daily. We are constantly making the most of our originality and creativity to operate our facilities in such a way that people say, "Let's try Ooedo" and "We want to come back," looking forward to welcoming you any time.
